Parties at Støtvig Hotel
Our rooms can be adapted to different sizes and expressions, and provide space for both informal gatherings and larger celebrations. Here it is easy to gather the guests and enjoy the occasion, with a good flow between dinner, conversations and further celebration.
We arrange parties from 20 people and up. For dinner service, we have capacity for up to 134 guests at round tables and up to 170 guests at long tables. The layout and use of the premises are adapted to the occasion and the desired atmosphere.
The kitchen at Støtvig puts together menus in dialogue with you, based on the season, quality and the type of company that is celebrated. We are happy to help create a natural rhythm throughout the evening, from welcome and dinner to dessert and further socializing.
The room comes as standard with white chair covers, white linen tablecloths and napkins as well as silver candelabras with white candles. Other decorations, flowers and printed matter are arranged by the organizer. At the same time, we are happy to share our experience and can make recommendations to external suppliers, such as music, entertainment and décor, if you wish. We are happy to act as a sparring partner in the planning and help you find solutions that suit both the occasion and the expression.
