Weddings at Støtvig Hotel are adapted to each bride and groom and their wishes. We facilitate both weddings, dinners and celebrations, and tailor the arrangement in close dialogue to create a holistic and personal day.

Our rooms can be adapted to different sizes and expressions, and provide space for both intimate weddings and larger celebrations. Bridal couples and guests have the opportunity to stay overnight at the hotel, and for those of you who want something completely your own, Villa Støtvig can be an exclusive setting before and after the celebration. Villa Støtvig can also be rented for the wedding celebration itself.

Wedding ceremony on site

It is possible to carry out a wedding ceremony at Støtvig, either on our pier or on the terrace. The bride and groom are responsible for booking weddings, but we are happy to assist with facilitation around the frame itself.

Number of guests and setup

We arrange weddings from 20 people and up.

For dinner service, we have the capacity for:

Up to 134 guests at round tables
Up to 170 guests at long tables

The layout is adapted in dialogue with the bride and groom and according to the desired expression of the celebration.

Accommodation for brides and grooms and guests

The hotel has a total of 90 rooms, which can be used as both double rooms and single rooms.
For guests staying with us, the following is included:

Breakfast buffet
Entrance to spa, bath and fitness area

Spa is available both on the day of arrival and departure. Towels and access are available at the reception.

Food, cakes and serving

The kitchen at Støtvig adapts menus in dialogue with the bride and groom, and emphasizes quality, season and wholeness in the meal.

Cakes

The hotel has its own pastry chefs who make cakes on request. We can offer:

Puff cakes
Mousse cakes
Fruitcakes

The cakes can be adapted to both size and any allergies.

Decorations, flowers and printed matter

The venue comes standard with white chair covers, white linen tablecloths and napkins, as well as silver candelabra with white candles. This provides a calm and elegant starting point that can easily be adapted to the bride and groom's wishes and style.

The bride and groom are also responsible for decorations and printed matter, such as invitations, menus and programs. At the same time, we are happy to share our experience and can make recommendations to external suppliers, for example in flowers, décor and design of monograms and graphic expressions, if you wish.

We are happy to help you think holistically about expression and mood, and act as a safe sparring partner in the planning.
