We are looking for a salesperson for Støtvig Hotel
Do you want to sell one of the Oslo Fjord's most attractive hotels and destinations for courses, gatherings and corporate events?
Støtvig Hotel is looking for a junior salesperson with a few years of experience who now wants more ownership, more influence and a product that is easy to be proud of. This is a role for you who may come from a larger chain or organization, and who want to work more independently, closer to decisions and closer to the product you actually sell.
You will be based in Oslo, with the market and customers close by. At the same time, we imagine that you work 1-2 days a week at Støtvig Hotel, to be close to the experience, the team and the delivery.
What should you do?
The role combines active sales work and long-term relationship development, with clear responsibility for portfolio, pipeline and results.
Your main tasks will be:
- Drive outreach sales and identify new business opportunities
- Build and develop relationships with corporate clients and agencies
- Follow up with existing customers and create additional sales
- Prepare offers, agreements and solutions adapted to the customer's needs
- Conduct customer meetings, viewings and activities
- Work closely with the hotel's operations to ensure good deliveries
- Contribute to sales strategy, marketing initiatives and commercial development
- The role works independently in everyday life, but closely with management and the hotel's team to maximize results and customer experience.
We are looking for you who want to learn more, but who are not completely new.
You may have:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales (hotel, event, tourism or B2B)
- Experience from a larger chain or structured sales organization
- A desire for more responsibility, ownership and influence
- Good commercial understanding and ability to create relationships
- Structure and implementation ability in own pipeline
- Energy, drive and genuine commitment
- You enjoy working independently, but also as part of a small and ambitious team.
